Access
There is level wheelchair access to the ground floor (reception and workshop). There are stairs to the lower-ground floor and first floor. As Gayle Mill is a grade II* listed building, there is no lift between the three floors.
Audio-visual system
For visitors with mobility difficulties and wheelchair users, there is a video of "inaccessible" parts of the tour.
Refreshments
Self service drinks are available on the first floor.
WC
There is one unisex wheelchair-accessible toilet for the use of all visitors.
