Interpretative Panels
At various points in the building there are exhibition panels which, through images and text, show different aspects of the Mill's history and explain how the historic power systems and machinery work.
Disabled Facilities
For visitors unable to go round the Mill with the guided tour, there is a touch-screen computer console linked to CCTV cameras and the volunteer tour guide's narrative can be heard over the built-in speaker system.

The Gayle Mill Visitor Guide is on sale at the Mill. This illustrated booklet complements the guided tour and the interpretative panels and will be a lasting souvenir of your visit.
